What quality can I expect from the stylists curated products offered at Bassia Bassia?

Each item we sell was carefully selected by Bassia Bassia stylists and colorists. We strive to offer the best haircare in the industry, with ranging benefits, concerns, and price ranges.

When we select our products we take into account:

sustainability, truthful marketing, trusted scientific backing, ingredients, color-safety, the absence of parabens/sulfates, testing on animals, inclusiveness, uniqueness, creativity, smell, texture, efficiency and consistency.

Ever product we offer has been tested in the salon to ensure you are receiving something we truly recommend and love.

 

How often will Bassia Bassia products be restocked? 

Bassia Bassia typically restocks monthly. Our selection of products will continually grow as we discover new items we want to share with you.

What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective?

Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged, incorrect or defective product. As we take great care in packaging of all items, we hope that no damage will be incurred. However, our concern is the customer and we will operate on a case by case basis for damaged goods. 

 

How long will my return and refund take?

Bassia Bassia will process your return within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item, as long as it is returned within 14 days of the original received shipment. All items must be in unused, sealed condition in order to be returned for store credit or exchange.

Where can I visit one of your stores?

Currently we are an appointment only shop in the East Village in New York. Locals are welcome to pick up their orders when their orders are ready, or shop during their appointment with a Bassia Bassia colorist or stylist.

 

How can I track my order?

We will send you package tracking information within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.

 

 Can I purchase Bassia Bassia products over the phone?

Currently we are only processing orders through our website.

How will my package be delivered and how long will the process of delivery take?

Packages will be delivered via UPS. Delivery typically takes between 4-10 business days.
